PUL Announces 2024 Season Schedule

The Fifth PUL Season Begins on April 6, 2024 

The Premier Ultimate League (PUL), the professional ultimate league for women and gender-expansive athletes, today announced its 2024 schedule, beginning on April 6, 2024 and concluding with Championship Weekend in June 2024. 

Ahead of the 34 game 2024 PUL schedule, all 11 teams will complete tryouts by February 4, 2024 and rosters will be announced in March. This year’s schedule features a new two-division format that makes it possible for a team who hasn’t made Championship Weekend to rise to the top. 

“Our fifth season stands to be the most competitive year that the Premier Ultimate League has had in its young history,” said Commissioner Amanda Dallas. “The level of competition that we are seeing out of all 11 teams preparing for the season will make for an exciting slate of 2024 games.”  

The reigning champions, Raleigh Radiance, begin their title defense with a game at home against DC Shadow in Week One. The New York Gridlock, who finished the season in second place, open their season in Week Two with a home game against the Milwaukee Monarchs. 

Notably, the Philadelphia Surge, who were shut out of Championship Weekend in 2023 by a power ranking process, will look to establish themselves in Week Seven when they play New York on the road.

Every game matters in the short PUL season, and the final week of the season, Week 10, could decide the South Division when DC and Raleigh travel to play the Atlanta Soul and Austin Torch, respectively.
